I want to especially thank Jennifer Mastrogiorgio (Property Manager), Andrea Ayala, Rebeca Hernandez, and Laura Huszar. They are all amazing to work with—very helpful, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free. I've had my townhome w/ Stokley for 3-4 years now and have had a very pleasant experience. I was previously with a different property manager, and now Deborah, and Deborah is fantastic to work with. She is very attentive when she needs to be, but will leave you alone when everything is on autopilot. Highly recommend, hope for many good years ahead w/ Stokley.

I found them helpful and accommodating. My one consideration would be the “concierge services” built into package if leasing the property. Excellent idea but execution is a bit glitchy. Inspection process was unexpected in that I wasn’t present. Overall I thought the process was as painless as could be expected.
