After setting up a meeting with the copy of cashed HOA check that they claim I have not paid. The meeting took place in the lobby of the bldg with an assistant & only stairs to sit on and fill out info. The most unprofessional experience! They forget that I am the homeowner & they work for us! Customer care is absolutely missed by this company. This is my first review ever! This is how bad this experience was.

Hi there, I want to say that how much of a treat it is to work with Samantha at Hudson, from the vendor perspective. I work with many PMs being a roofing contractor and there are varying personalities and traits in all of them. Some good and some not so good. I have to say that Samantha brings it in Great! She brings a breath of fresh air to the table. She always is upbeat, professional and kind hearted. I get that she has her clients needs prioritized by the way see communicates the needs of the property and the importance of the project to the Board she services. Kristal took over as our HOA Manager in January 2025. She was our fifth manager in three years. There was a lot to catch up on having so many transitions and Kristal has been open, honest, patient and communicative throughout the entire transition. She has maintained professionalism and has helped us to become a better informed, more productive board. I have appreciated her guidance and all of the work Hudson has done to move our community forward.

Kristal is the most professional manager that I have had the pleasure of working with. As a board member of an HOA I have experienced a mangaement company that belived they were better than the association or homeowners that they represented. When we terminated the mangaement company and went with Hudson management it was clear that they represent the homeowners as well as the board members. I give Kristal a 5 star rating. Thank you
