The Crest Pleasant Hill

I recently toured The Crest in Pleasant Hill and had an amazing experience. The team was incredibly welcoming, and Rayna, the Assistant Community Manager, gave a fantastic tour. The Community Manager, Stephen, also took the time to introduce himself and was very kind and welcoming. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool and outdoor BBQ areas are phenomenal. We toured a spacious first-floor two-bedroom with the largest patio I’ve ever seen at an apartment community (wish I would have taken a photo to share). I also loved hearing about all the resident events they host, including holiday photo shoots, taco trucks, and raffles. I currently live at The Crest and have had a great experience. Stephen and Rayna are amazing and always helpful, and maintenance is quick and reliable. The community events really make it feel like a family. I would definitely recommend living here.

I’ve waited many months after my BF moved out to write this review. The location is perfect and easy accessible to the freeway. The prices were reasonable for all the amenities. The unit 126 is super spacious and the patio area was superb. You can see the updates in the pool area as I think they were going through some transition. Then there is Stephen who turned a completely bad experience into something positive and I’m sure it will go along way. Thank you Stephen for all the positive things you have done along the way—during and after the move.

I've had a wonderful experience living at The Crest! The property is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the location is super convenient. What truly sets this community apart, though, is the management—especially Stephen, the property manager. He has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. His commitment and friendly attitude make this place feel like home. Rayna and Steven are always a pleasure to speak with when I stop by the office so helpful to all the tenants and in greats moods. Coffee is always available as well love it.
