I really do not even want to give this place one star. I have lived here for over two years now and it’s been awful. The maintenance is just the worst. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Let’s see where to start, their emerald green algae pool that is never maintained and out of service most of the summer. My ac was out for months in the middle of summer and took me calling the city code enforcement to have them even attempt to fix it. I have lost hot water for weeks and when you ask them when it’s getting fixed it’s always a run around. They give false information and sound lost most of the time in that office. This review is based on my over 20 years as a resident here at Country Trail Apts. I've seen both good and bad on- site management. The current manager, Rebecca Calderon, is not only good but very good, and many of us were relieved when she took over from the previous ill-advised manager a few years ago. I don't speak Spanish, but many of the residents do, and All of Us benefit from Rebecca's eloquence in both Spanish and English. She Ties this Place Together. Country Trail is an excellent, safe, quiet location. But, the stability and consistency of good on-site management is the key and Should be Maintained. When I first moved in the apartments they were good we didn’t have problems with no one. After the snow storm in February everything changed. We had no water for like a whole week. There was so many damages to the apartment, some of our neighbors had to leave because of the damages. After we got the water back we had no hot water for a long time. I know that if wasn’t the apartments problem but the owners could’ve helped us. In my opinion! Also after the snow storm i had problems with one of the ladies from the leasing office. I also didn’t like how the maintenance people would come in and out of the apartment whenever they wanted without us knowing . I have lived here for 5 years and I never had any issues with the apartment until the most recent management change. I don’t recommend renting here because the office manager is very irresponsible. They are rude and often gave me false information. We got charged outrageous carpet cleaning fee when we moved out which we shouldn’t have because it would be considered normal wear. Our lease contract stated that they can only charge us for anything beyond normal wear. We don’t have pets and no children and we didn’t leave any large stains on the carpet but still got charged for the cleaning fee.

I have lived here for 3 years and If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would, The leasing manager has no regard for human life and could care less about you unless it has something to do with money, The pool has never worked, after promised that the pool and gym would be "coming soon". They moved someone in my apartment without consenting me, just told me my lease is up and I need to get out. You get what you pay for thats a fact here and they still overcharge for these outdated buildings and appliances from the 80s.
