Country Club Apartments

Michelle was Fantastic in handling a vary important situation that we weren't even aware of that was affecting us in a negative way. Her very bright and positive can do attitude made what could have been negative situation sparkle. To top off a very sweet experience was the candy in the office to sweeten the deal. It is my very sincere hope that all Managers in her position take a cue from this delightful Positive and genuine positive Gem. Truly a great experience in such a negative world.

I would like to give a Big Shoutout to Micheal & Sam for the great job they did on my tile in bathroom. Thank you so much. The office lady Michelle is fantastic as well. She is good on her word and that speaks volumes. Susan

This apartment complex has been a nice place to stay before they switched to a new management company. I understand that certain things take time, but I really wished that they had taken more of their time to plan out basic necessities like an emergency maintenance line, or perhaps a working phone that actually lets you leave a message to receive a call when someone is available. Previously we had an open work order for our ONLY tub not draining for 2 MONTHS, I called and called no one would pick up or call back and when I did get a singular call back the person working was new and unable to help in any capacity. Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago they finally answered the phone and who ever helped me seemed professional but told me she had no idea this was even a problem…now make that make

Charles is good and handles business. This apartment complex is overall excellent in the fact that maintenance handle business and there's no rodents or roaches. Several other communities I looked into have rodent and roach issues and I been here 3 years and haven't had issues. Neighbors are all mostly professionals, working people. No trash all over the place. And it's affordable. EDIT 6/26/25 since this new management company has taken over, it has been a MESS. I haven't had working AC in the last week and I've put in several maintenance requests. No one answers the phone or is ever in the rent office. There are NUMEROUS ELECTRICAL issues. This has been a NIGHTMARE. EDIT: 7/27/25 Still no working ac. Every year I've brrn going through this. Still all of the electrical issues. 8/14/25

Michelle was really sweet and very helpful.Im really looking forward to living here.I like the layout of the apartment and I appreciate all the help that Michelle gave. She’s the best !!!!
