This is a great place ! The apartment are freshly painted clean appliances and laundry rooms on every floor. Very diverse ,and different walks of life .very friendly neighbors. Building well secure gated community and video surveillance. People trying to live and let live at a low cost rent$.But if not keep it moving.Because the struggle is real

Management is nice but tenants don't have any sense of security. Sometimes the heat works and times it doesn't. Lived there for 2 years. It was decent for the price. Find somewhere else if you can before trying this place.

The management staff is professional and helpful, the building is clean and peaceful. The location is close to downtown Aurora events.

No problem very quiet,lots of things to do in the area, maintenance was always there,clean&safe building

They need to clean out venting system because the heat isn’t working like it should and washers don’t work on other side of building.the Heating are filthy they need new ones
