Colony West Apartments

Living at Colony West Apartment was a wonderful experience. For over 10 years this was my home. The price is great for the area that it is in. Tenants (speaking for those at my building) kept it clean and smoke free. The area was safe and no one bothered me. I loved my neighbors. They always treated me with kindness and respect. I will keep them my heart forever. I highly recommend Colony West Apartment. Thank you, Colony West for going the extra mile for me.

So, trip down memory lane. My late husband and I lived at Colony West from summer 1997 till December 30, 2002. Had a 3-bedroom, 2-baths unit. LOVED IT!! Couple of drawbacks: coin op laundry, third-floor walk -up so no elevators. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

if you are reading reviews to know if you should move here, just know i did that too & im happy i moved here!! i have zero clue about all the other reviews, i have never experienced mice, flooding, or any of the horrific things mentioned. the leasing office is so wholesome, they get things taken care of so quickly for you, my move in went so smooth. living here is a dream & its my 4th different rental property, and i can confidently say its been my favorite so far!! its quiet, truthfully i never see neighbors but when i do everyone smiles and keeps to themselves. i dont think they even allow dogs but if they do ive never heard or seen one, laundry facility is well kept, everyone is respectful of grabbing their laundry quickly when their load is done & cleaning the lint trap.. my unit came

I’ve been here for the past four years and have nothing but good to say about this apartment complex. Considering the rate of rent in your area are astronomical I have felt very secure and comfortable in this place I call home
