Do not move here if you plan to live a nice life. You're not even allowed to have a tv on or walk across your own floor after 9:00 at night without being wrote up. I did not make it 2 months in this place and they will kick you out without any proof or evidence to back up their write ups. If you try to speak to them you get patronized. Further, if you have children, they must be kept quiet and in bed before 9 at night. If the person below you or next door hears them, you'll be wrote up. The man that walks around all night for security, will also knock on your door at 2 in the morning and will even approach your company as they leave. It is like being in a prison. Truly. Be very careful.

If you decide to move out of this complex be sure to take pictures after you move out and clean up for proof in case management tries to charge you unwarranted damages so you have proof for the owners to back up your claims. So many income based apartment communities do this to their tenants and it complicates their ability to get any other form of housing assistance. This complex (among many others in the area) are notorious for these deceptive practices.

Terrible place to live. Manager will make your life a nightmare if you aren't considered one of her "favorites". We lived there for 7 years. Not willingly but because my mother did not have the income to go elsewhere. Complaints to the manager about neighbors although supposed to be confidential the neighbors always seemed to find out you complained about them. Then you'd have to deal with scratches, dents, and the occasional flat tire on your vehicle in addition to threats. Needless to say the day we were finally able to move out of there it was like winning the lottery and that's no exaggeration. Move in with caution is all I'll say!

I give it a 1 star because, its suppose to be a section 8 housing development where those who financially cant afford full rent for a home can go. Well I got denied because my rental and utility payments have been late in the past with other landlords, well let me say this the property they are referring to was a full rental priced place of 550.00 a month and then had to pay for electric which ran almost 100.00 each time and being a single mother of 2 children getting paid on a bi-weekly pay period and checks only being a little close to 700, yeah once I pay rent how and I to pay the utility also the same week and make sure my children have what they need, and when and issue arose at said location that ended up being a bill that took most of the rent money, that I took outta the fallowing
