Win Beri Place Apartments

My grandmother moved here late last year and she enjoys it. She's got amazing neighbors and there seems to be a real sense of community there. The parking lot could definitely stand to have better lighting. If you parked further back in the parking lot near the train tracks you wouldn't be able to see in front of you if you left at night.

Nice and secure senior living. Whole bldg reecks of cigarette smoke. Always smell of smoke when I visit family member, and she doesn't smoke. Needs more lighting in parking area.

I was here and I have a broken light out in the parking lot they say it hasn't been fixed in a few years and it's pitch-black with railroad tracks nearby people walking on the tracks day and night

Needs work done on apartments needs to be cleaned on a regular basis there is never anyone in the office
