I have lived here 12 years and yes I have had issues with neighbors but mostly minor and sometimes at my own doing. Maintenance is pretty good at fixing things quickly. Manager is very nice and works with everyone. Yes there is some drug activity but it’s the same every where.
Awesome place to live. Manager is one of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet and does her absolute best to keep tenants happy. Due to the previous rating I'd also like to point out that this place is not government housing. They participate in the HUD housing choice voucher program! If you do not have one you are responsible for the full amount of rent like any other place!
Trying to get an apartment here now. On waiting list. The person that works in the office is really nice.
Great place to live. Manager is an awesome lady who works well with the residents and their issues. Been here for a few years now and have never had a problem with anyone.
