Justin was our agent and we could not have asked for a better person to work with! He’s extremely laid back and cool tempered, very knowledgeable with any questions I had about the homes. As a first time home buyer we knew very little about what we were doing, what some systems were, anything really, and Justin was able to answer pretty much any question I had. If he wasn’t sure of the answer he would figure it out fairly quickly. He was straight forward and did not beat around the bush on things. That I truly appreciate, I can’t stand indirect responses that have absolutely no answer when it’s all said and done.if we ever buy or sell in the future we will without a doubt use Justin every single time!

If I could give more than 5 I would! Desni has sold 2 houses and helped us buy our newest home! She is always available, attentive, and willing to do whatever is necessary! Will only use her and the team should we sell again. Thank you Desni!

Was prompt returning my email and phone call. However when I tried to set up a time to look at a property they have listed, it was said that they should be able to show it at 6, called to verify if I could see it at 6. That was a no go. Which would've been perfectly fine if I wasn't told that they were showing it at 5 and if i could be there then, I would be able to see it. Didn't seem to care if they sold or not, seeing as how he couldn't offer to stay till closer to 6 so I could view the property as well.

My father was scheduled to see a house on Tuesday. J.J the Real Estate Agent called and cancelled. The next day (Wednesday) J.J called to state the property was under contact. We lost out on the perfect property because he couldn't keep his appointment. My recommendation is to use a person/company that cares about their customers. Advantage and J.J obviously don't care....
