Putnam Place Apartments

I’d say worst and most trashy apartment I’ve ever lived in. Neighbors are loud, parking lot is trash, management is useless, cheapest built apartments around. Apparently now they have to come in every couple weeks and do an inspection of your whole apartment. Can’t get any privacy and walked in on while sleeping at 8 am , yelled at for having a “messy” apartment when you’ve spent all day cleaning. Wish I could give a 0/10👎👎👎

Idk what kinda 'renovations' the land lord is making - they don't tell us anything - but the parking lot looks even worse than it did with the old land lord

I have had nothing but a good experience with Putnam Place and Mitcham Group Rentals. Maintenance has always been prompt when I requested them. Apartments are quiet. The leasing agent is very kind and understanding. You get assigned parking, so you never have to park too far away from where your apartment is. Just a short walk from Giant Eagle in Dollar General and McDonald's. Really close to other things in town but also a wood scenery with walking trails close by. All in all I recommend Putnam Place Apartments.

Me and my husband Richard have lived here for 5 years and have finally found a place to call our forever home… or at least till Richard dies and I get his inheritance. Putnam place is a great for all ages, I love waking up in the morning and turning on Fox News to hear the kiddos playing outside on their trikes, my neighbors are quite which is great for Richards hearing and the place is always well maintained with fresh flowers and cut grass. I couldn’t ask for better location, and the price is best in town. If you want a true gem, you will check Putnam place out.

May be the worst parking lot I’ve ever driven in. Like a third world country. Can’t imagine the apartments are any better.
