Update: this place has more cameras than prison. They watch and listen to the residents. They assume things they can't possibly know. Threaten to charge you more for guests using guest parking and charging extra for water. (Water is included in the rent.) I don't feel safer with all the cameras just a feeling of being watched. Rocky, the landlord will lie to your face as he says that your "girlfriend stayed 7 days last week." When she stayed for 3 days. So, stay here if you want to be spied upon. Otherwise, look somewhere else. This place sucks.

Do Not Move In Here! The rent is cheaper here than some places, but look elsewhere. The owner and manager only care about collecting the rent money. Repairs and the fixing of problems do not happen! The manager also shares your business with everyone, and has cameras everywhere to keep track of you. I have lived here for 6 years, but I'm moving.

They never return phone calls I have left messages definitely poor management

needs a firewall can hear and smell everything the people in the apartments next door are doing
