The way he presents the overall report and his findings is very easy to understand and read. The explanations provided are extremely helpful and the recommendations made were not excessive as I had anticipated them to be. He does warn you that the full report is ALOT of information but explains why there is so much information. I will definitely use him again when needed and he is highly recommended.
