Coliseum Gardens Apartments

Nice property but Property Manager could use some customer service training. She's unprofessional and doesn't know how to communicate effectively, instead of talking to someone, she talks at them. The staff clearly aren't on the same page about the property, they tell future tenants different information. Long story short my mom will no longer be moving there.

THE WORST‼️‼️‼️ I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worst enemy!! Very old and run down apartment complex, Roaches running you out the house, no matter how clean you are, the maintenance is trash and takes forever and a day to do something, and they just come in your house when they want to, no warning nothing. They add so many hidden fees on to ur rent every month, it’s ridiculous!! I will NEVER rent from another SL Nusbaum property again!! Disgusting people, very rude, not helpful at all!! They take you to court for little of nothing and will add and over charge fees to your account! Late fees cool, I paid everything to a zero balance, but now they will add $250 for attorney fees on the account AND ITS NOT EVEN IN THE LEASE ‼️‼️‼️ Very cruddy people, and they haven’t even filed

LaCaya the Assistant Manager is so knowledgeable and attentive! I was looking for a 3 bedroom and they didn’t have any available in the time frame I needed it and she recommended me to several of the companies sister properties !! Such a kind person !

By far best experience I ever had to go through as far as finding a home. I was assisted via phone by a young lady name Ahnyia she was very kind and knowledgeable might I add. Which made the process less stressful. She kept in contact with me throughout the process, she made me feel as if I was her priority! Coliseum gardens 5 stars in my book.

my experience with the staff has been a great experience. Especially in the leasing office with terrika and Ahnyia. One thing about Ahnyia, she is gonna make sure your questions are answered and that you get results. Any problem I've come to her with, it has been handled in a timely manner and with good communication with updates.
