Cobblestone Court Apartments

Residents don't respect the no smoking and no noise policy. Loud music is played all the time and the smell of weed is persistent. If you want to avoid either of these things don't move here.

If you want a nice quiet place to stay these apartments are not it there are infested with mice and I mean infested badly the office is always closed it took them to months to fix my dishwasher and when they finally did it was full of maggots everything it falling apart the office people keep quiting alot of people here have drug issues or mental health problems packages get stolen crack parties in the building not a safe place to raise kids the police are out here constantly there's lots of people with dogs so there dog shit in the grass everywhere people blasting music and partying all times of night hella weed smoke there's no amenities the mice and bugs are really bad the dust is even worse the washer are small majority of the time the doors don't close all the way or the glass on the

Cobblestone Court Apartments is a very nice cozy place To be. Management works with you hand in hand With whatever you may need.I give 2 thumbs up and 5 stars because management is fair,honest and respectful toward the tenants. I've stayed here for two and a half years. I had no problems with bugs at all. If there are bugs in your unit sometimes it could be from your storage items and if you see any bugs they will take care of it right away.I enjoyed my stay while I was there the only reason I moved away is because I had to move closer to my job which was in the inner city of Saint Paul. The Neighbors are friendly ,and understanding at cobblestone court Apartments. I want to give a big thanks to Faith Anaderson and Eric for providing a great nice safe place for me and my children to stay.

This place is like heaven for me. I don’t even want to leave my apartment. It’s safe, warm, comfortable, and just so relaxing. Especially the landlord there, he’s fricking awesome. To be honest this is the best place I’ve lived.

Love the huge green space, lilacs, etc this time of year! Very welcoming management!
