I honestly had no complaints. I lived in the West building in the townhouses. You get what you pay for as far as quality. I had no big issues, the one time my air went out, maintenance came and fixed the issue promptly. My neighbors were nice. A few occasions young kids would go through unlocked cars, but thats it. I always kept mine locked. It was quiet were I lived for the most part. I lived here for a year. Thank you!

We were warned the first week moving in really on the first day by neighbors that were in the process of moving out same day. We should have listened. First they got us with this so called move in special. Where we ended up having to pay more than intended. Then when the first months rent came due we were supposed to pay half rent (apart of the move in deal) they actually charged us double. After two weeks of moving in we needed maintenance to come in because when it rained, the flooring to the master room and in kids closet in their room would flood. Rain would come into the apartment from the bottom of the flooring. It started to mildew in the carpet. All maintenance did was took their time getting there and just pulled up the carpet and put down a fan to dry the water out (and our power

This place was awful. We had mold growing, we had sinks that wouldn’t drain, nor bathtubs no matter what we did. We had doors coming off the hinges which ended up injuring my kids. We had holes in the cabinets. We had rats in our laundry room and many more things just terribly wrong.

Currently still living here they take forever with Maintance my slide door closet broke and they telling me im responsible when it was already lose when i first moved in my tub always chipping constantly have to get it resprayed my mailbox is always filled with someone else mail my neighbor stay having their surround sounds playing 12 am at night they came up that we cant use money orders nomore and have to pay on the website which os 9$ more and it affects public housing people because in order to even pay rent you have to pay the full amount inside of what you suppose to pay

Disgusting!!! Do not move here ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ! They won’t do anything about it Paying almost 1,000 to live with roaches , it’s a terrible infestation. If I could put 0 stars I would!!! You have been warned !
