Clarkston Townhomes

I recently had a maintenance service, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall treatment received. The customer service during the maintenance process fell short of my expectations, leaving me quite disappointed with the experience. I believe there is room for improvement in ensuring a more positive and respectful interaction with customers in the future.

When I came to this house it was so dirty like I could smell disgusting smell in the bathrooms and there was cockroaches it’s the house!

Management forged paperwork after document was already signed for final inspection, stole deposit for floor repairs AFTER claiming the apartment was fine. Also charged a late fee for move out date despite final inspection paperwork clearly showing it was signed by both management and myself on the correct day. Maintenance staff under qualified, sketchy repairs after showing up late/unannounced. Twice they knocked on my door with a lit cigarette and stood in my doorway to finish it. They will damage the floor/walls and then charge you for it. Our kitchen flooded and was never addressed, we did the clean-up and repairs were never completed. Appliances were dragged across cheap vinyl flooring multiple times by maintenance staff and damaged, we were blamed AFTER manager signed off on our apar

The staff don’t seem to care what the tenant is having issues with. My sister in law lives here and is in her early 20’s. She doesn’t yet know how to assert herself with these kinds of issues (this being her first apartment and all). I personally stopped by and check on the water issue she was complaining about and has asked them to fix and it is worse than she let on. Her shower won’t stay hot for more than 5 minutes. I will be making another visit to see if we can get this issue rectified. The community is a lot better than I expected. The people in the complex seem nice.

I just love the place but the price is so high they make it it's a dream to stay there it was not like that years ago but now too many foreigners they leave like 10 people in one apartment the rent is high I'm hoping I can afford it one day but now it's a dream God bless everyone.
