Cinnamon Square Apartments

Just moved in 9/2/25, wasn't expecting much as I had to move rather quickly but the leaky toilet was fixed asap, the place was neat clean and really more then I could have hoped for. The staff and Manager live on site and are wonderful people. So far first week has been exceptional compared to previous experiences. I wish the toilet was a bigger size as I am a rather large man 6'2" 270lbs... and its very small lol but all else is great so far will check in again in a couple weeks/months.

For almost every reason, Cinnamon Square is a poor place to live. The apartments are overpriced and undersized. (Seriously there is only one general use closet in the whole apartment) If you have a pet you will be gouged even more for a non-refundable $300 deposit plus $25 a month in pet rent that the landlord and managers will not be able to explain what it is used for. Speaking of which, landlords come and go here with a quickness. I've lived here less than 6 months and we are on our 3rd landlord. Even if there is a landlord on premises, they pretty much keep whatever hours they want, so if you need help with something you more than likely will find the landlord out of the office and unavailable constantly, even during normal business hours. Leasing department has no follow up! I called and left a message for the leasing office twice within 2 weeks and submitted an inquiry online as well. I never heard anything back from them.
