Church Hill Manor Townhomes

I am so excited about my new home here at Church Hill Manor everything was taken care of prior to my move in and the minor issue that I had the maintenance staff took care of right away.

Maintenance is horrible, you have to stay on top of them. Important note to renter UTILITIES/HEAT ARE ALL ELECTRIC. When the temp. drops auxillary heat kicks in. Expect bills to be $400 in the cold months. They don't tell you this before you move in. Update make note and have pictures of damages before you move in they will be petty and say you caused the damages to keep your security. Horrible business people. Picture look familiar? they left my home like that for over a week. Oh and they had the picture removed of the hole in the ceiling I have them for court.

There is no grace period for rent you have to pay on the 1st!!! There is open parking so when people have guest you may not have a parking spot.The rent price for a townhome is great.I have had no issues with maintenance they have Been great and the office staff are helpful! However, sometimes it’s hard to get through on the phone or a reply with an email.There is also a RODENT issue the rental office doesn’t really do anything about it!!! But they want that rent before the 5th of the month!

I had a minor leak from my ceiling over two weeks ago on a Friday. A maintenance man came and created this huge hole in the ceiling to fix the leak. He said he would be back the following Monday to fix the ceiling. Over two weeks later and I still have the same hole. My wife and I have called and even went to the rental office multiple times trying to get an answer when this will be fixed. Each date they have given us has not happened. Day after day I come home to the same hole. Not to mention we are now seeing spiders since this hole which we never seen before. If you want a community who cares about the upkeep of your house DO NOT LIVE HERE. The only way they seem to care about your needs is if you write a negative review.

Quest Management does not even deserve a 1 star. There have been so many leaks, mold, floods and maintenance issues over the years. This is not a good place to live trust me. The managers in the rental office LIE and are deceitful. I know the rent is cheaper than a lot of other places but trust me you get what you pay for! KEEP LOOKING DO NOT LIVE HERE! I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE!
