Chase Court Apartments

If your a broke college student, this place is awesome. Gym needs a little work but the apartments are simple and easy to maintain. Also the maintenance guy is the most hardworking person ive ever met.

Don't live here. When I moved in last summer, there was a large paint stain on the carpet. I was still mainly living at my previous residence during the first few days of my lease. They had the carpet people come in (while I was at my previous residence) and replace one patch that was in my living room. The next day I go into my apartment and only part of the paint stain was removed. They also decided to move furniture in my room and replace the carpet in my closet (???). I also had bottles of drinks in my fridge, and these people decided to pour them into paper cups I had there and drink it, and then leave the evidence on my counter and in my trash can. There were also 3 items that 'disappeared', 2 of which were sentimental. 1 of these items was in a box in my room, meaning they went thro

I have lived here for a little over a year now. I have loved every minute of it. Over the year, we’ve had our heater and AC go out, our washer break, our dryer wouldn’t try fully, and our dishwasher was old and worn to where it didn’t wash our dishes. Maintenance was there the day after at the latest once I put in a service request if not the day of. They have been extremely helpful and quick to fix our appliances, as appliances get old, I know that it was not just faulty because of the complex. The management has been so so nice and flexible with us. If you’re looking for a place to stay close to campus, chase court is right for you. Lived here for two years and moved out this past August. First and foremost: if you plan on living here TAKE PHOTOS of every single little thing when you move out. We were charged something like $70 for "additional cleaning" after the move out sheet claimed the kitchen counters and the oven weren't cleaned. Funny enough, I've been cleaning for a living for 2+ years and have done numerous move out cleans. I know how to clean an oven and some counters. My fault for not taking photos, but ridiculous on the office's part for 1. Obviously trying to pull one over on us and 2. Dropping the ball when I attempted to contact about them 3 times after we moved out. I eventually gave up knowing full well $70 isn't worth the trouble of having to deal with the office again.
