Great staff, safe community, and very nice apartments! The ladies in the office go above and beyond to ensure everything is well taken care of, and work orders are always handled quickly.

Charter Square is a beautiful place to stay, supported by a great management team that makes it shine.

These people are very professional and take great care of apartment's. I lived there a lot of years. I only left when smoker's moved in my building. I was allergic to their cigarettes. And now have Asma. Wanting to come back and live in the condos out back. These people where I am don't take care of my place at all .

Maintenance is the main problem we've put in orders to get things fixed and they would never come by..it was a point of time where mold started to grow in the bathroom we'd tell maintenance and they'd never come by to fix it along with other things..they watch your every move acting like they are doing their job. And one of the maintenance workers buys marijuana from the residents that live there i reccomend none to live here as you will have no freedom

this place is the worst place to live do not put an application here. The people in the front are very rude. There’s roaches everywhere they take your stuff just the worst place to live in
