CENTURY 21 Tri-Cities

I would strongly discourage doing business with Century 21 or any of their agents. In our only transaction with them, the broker (Vicki Monteagudo) as well as our agent and the seller's agents (Kelley Gravenslund and Matt Cronrath) were all found guilty of ethics violations. Be aware that all of their agent reviews on their Website are curated and only those they allow may be posted.

It was a pleasure working with Yesenia. As first time homebuyers she made the process very smooth and easy. Yesenia was attentive with all our needs and made sure we were well taken care of during the entire process.

These guys promise to pay for your move if you go through them and then back out a few days before you need to move. Their reason was because they didn't make enough off of us. Our realtors communication also sucked and he allowed our seller to stay in the house we purchased almost 12 hours after he was legally obligated to leave. Beware!!!!!

Andrea Gathwright!! Need I say more? She was FANTASTIC through the purchase of our FIRST home. She was there when others were not. She was there to answer any question I had, even the dumb ones. Andrea didn't make us feel belittled when others did. If you are looking for a respectable, trusting, dedicated, hard working agent, then Andrea Gathwright is the realtor you need.
