I moved around here in 2021 and still reside here and I HATE it down from the property manager to the maintenance. They don't take care of their tenants,speak to us any type of way,and don't fix NOTHING! they continue to lie and do nothing but harass you to pay your rent on time, tell me where the fairness is at in that? They don't contact you barely.I been without a working stove for 3 months now and wholes in my ceiling that's ridiculous while the maintenance man Sebastian walks around for fun. This whole area is a DISGRACE! They need some MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS IMMEDIATELY!!!
We have been living here for a while, and nothing had changed. They don’t fix nothing around here when they do they take a very long time to get things done. They have mice and roaches. Dirty neighborhood.
The worst property manger ever in the world and the the complex it’s self is horrible like it’s a shame. Mr.Kenny heart is on there sides so now it’s time to get a lawyer something has to give and it’s TIME
Do not move here! Straight hood! Shooting occurred here 2 times. Nothing nice about this place. Straight ghetto
