Cedar North Apartments

I've been living there for a few months. You would be lucky to have a building with working laundry drainage, not that you would want to use it in the first place. They charge AT LEAST $3 to wash and $3 to dry more if you actually want it to come out dry. The bottom floors flood from washing in two of the buildings. The halls smell like mildew and regret. Literal mold growing in the hallway and laundry room. The shower isn't sealed properly and I can see into a service room when they leave the lights on. The buildings are old and look kinda crappy. They spent thousands on trying to keeping open the pool at the beginning of the summer instead of fixing the laundry pipes. All these lovely features for $1,250 a month!

How long you gotta be “under new management” before it gets better? Palouse never answers the phone. Almost no one on site managing. Laundry machines in my building have been broken since February (it’s almost august). Also dumpsters always full, yard, stairways and hallways always smell like waste or trash. They canceled the cleaning service for the interior hallways? Also who does 10 month leases as standard?? Classic landlord specials with loose outlets splotchy paint vents dirty, AC clogged all low wattage Yellow light bulbs, refrigerators that barely run and old stove top and an oven that I have measured to not keep a steady 350 degrees. Place is a mess. Might die here🔥

If this is the one review you read about this place, please, please take it to heart. We have been here, a couple days over 4 months. It has been non stop lies, laziness, and just all together, unbelievable. Let’s start with the outside. There is constant trash around, homeless sleeping under the stairs. People do not/ will not clean up after their animals, not only that, but they don’t enforce the rules with it either. Dogs off leash, constantly. You want to be able to swim in the summer? Good Luck! We got about three weeks, out of the whole summer (not consistent either) to be able to use the pool that we pay for, and not only that have to clean if it’s dirty. Trash is out in the corner by the pool, the screens for the ac units fall off and aren’t even picked up. The hallways are absolu

Avoid property management is horrible hard to contact. Rude after moveout. Fully cleaned apartment and got $530 for cleaning fees. So can count on not getting much of your deposit back.

Cedar North needs to be updated here on Google and need to address all the residences complaints. They are under new management, but this property still needs a lot of work and attention. My son and grandchildren live here and was left without running water for 2 days and 1 night. They have sewer issues, and their laundry facilities DO NOT WORK. When using the dryers the whole floor gets steamed up like you're in a sauna. Talk about a mold outbreak. I am going to reach out to our State Rep and Attorney General. This place really needs to get this property in good living conditions.
