Cedar Lane Apartments

Where's management when you need it? This path to the apartments been like this for the pass few days. Snow and black ice to be found in front of doors and sidewalks. Only when an accident happens and they get sue thats when they will act towards situations like this.

The apartment complex is trash and the neighbors are disgusting. They leave there dog droopings on the grass, and if they decide to pick it up, they toss the bag on to a tree for all to see. There is a bush with 20+ bags on it and it's so disgusting. Not to mention the laundry room where it's all disgusting and damp

This place is awful had so many problems with parking you get 1 reserved parking but tenant don't seem to care they parki in your spot the week ends are the worst they take up all the guest parking and also reserved people from out side park there 2 vehicle in the guest parking and just swap them out they park there cars in front of you're so you are Block in the tow truck doesn't work on weekends and office doesn't do nothing only on office hrs.they don't inforce anything the ground are full of dog sheat the laundry rooms are from a 3rd party we're they break all the time full of dog hair I can go on and on. It's just awful place

I inform the office many times of people parking in my spot and they said they take care of it, but never did. I have a relative that worked at Highland Park municipality that said they could have the car towed out when I called the office to inform them that they said no that they take care of it and they never did. I was told that one car per unit and they have a big school bus parked in one of the spot that hit my car door which I just purchased this year.

There were no garbage and the place was clean. The plants were nice and people were respectful. The cedar Lane apartment office was near by and they answered all of my questions. There was a park and it was also very clean and great for the kids to play in. There is also a swimming pool and that was clean, but at the begging of summer it had dirty leaves and moss floating in the pool. But after a few weeks, they will clean the pool. The lifeguards are always on watch and protective. The apartments are clean and the porch gives a nice view of trees and other plants. The mailboxes are near the apartments and they open and close without problem.
