Jackie Cenci is very uptight and hard to communicate with. She has a problem with communicating with prospective tenants and lacks human decency and respect. She is barely in the office she leaves early and is hard to reach. Because of her work ethic and her entitlement she won’t help you. She won’t go the extra step for anyone. Whether it be making an extra phone call for verification of even replying back to a call/email in a timely manor. She has told me she runs 6 complexes in Highland Park and there’s no one else but her to help with any situation. Terrible reflection of Oxford Realty. There’s other great community’s to reside in.
