My experience living here was extremely disappointing and often unsafe. Upon moving out, I was charged over $2,000 in “damage” fees, including more than $1,000 just for repainting — even though it was normal wear and tear. When I reached out management responded slowly, dismissively, and with a snappy attitude instead of trying to resolve the problem. During my time here, I dealt with multiple serious safety problems: the front entry door was shattered for an extended period, leaving dangerous broken glass in the entryway; there was a severe wasp nesting issue that caused bees to enter my apartment, posing a risk for anyone with allergies; and in winter, cars were stolen from the parking lot. I also overheard what sounded like my downstairs neighbor being verbally abused by her husband a
I would not recommend this property to anyone EVER . If I could give this property complex a 0 I would definitely would . ALL THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT STAY HERE ON SITE . During my lease, I came across many challenges that made it difficult for not only myself but , my family as well. Our downstairs neighbor constantly complained about my 3-year-old daughter, who has a disability, claiming her noise was “too loud “ , which during the time wasn’t quite hours . She would even hit the ceiling with brooms and other objects. Management never properly addressed the harassment, instead told us to “put her in our living room in the day time.” I would never agree to that because my daughter is still a child at the end of the day and if I’m paying $1300+ in rent , there’s no need for that. My husband and I lived here for 4 years, the first 2 years were great and then things went downhill. We had a string of overly noisy neighbors that moved into the units above and below us. One guy would play his music so loudly that we could not only hear it but feel the vibrations through our floor, and he would do this at all hours of the day. The people above us had a huge dog that barked all the time and ran around the apartment creating tons of noise. Another tenant moved in below us with kids that would yell/throw tantrums that we could hear, and they were constantly making banging noises that at times would make our apartment shake, we also could hear the adults yelling/arguing at times. Don't bother putting a complaint into the office about noisy neighbors, they won't do anything.
We lived here 3 years ago and it is the worst place we ever lived. The apartment itself was nice and really spacious. The hallways were a bit dark and creepy but once inside your unit it was nice. The day after Christmas we were in bed and our front door was kicked in. We called the police and they told us it was the 3rd time that had happened in the last few days, we were never notified by management that apartments were being broken into. And the police suggested we move out because it was unsafe. Maintenance came to "fix" the door by putting a small piece of wood by the latch which was not secure. Being 7 months pregnant we went and stayed at a hotel for safety. Because the person wasn't caught my dad installed cameras and reinforced the door with longer screws. We stayed with family an
The office always goes above and beyond for us. Maintenance man is top notch and the building always surpasses our expectations on cleanliness. What more can you ask for? From what I can see pay your rent on time and don't destroy your home and you won't have any problems. There are washing machines on each floor of our building if you dont have washer in your apartment and a elevator for easy moving! Would recommend if your looking for a place to call home.
