I have lived at Cantera for a few years. Until recently, there were many issues that management did not address. However, the new management team has taken great strides in improving the property. After the annual city inspection, my apartment needed some repairs. Instead of doing the minimum required to pass inspection, I was provided brand new amenities that were a significant upgrade. Also, several items that were not required to be replaced were taken care of, so that my appartment is much nicer now than when I moved in. The management team went above and beyond to be certain that my needs were met while the revovations took place. I am looking forward to happy times ahead due to the professionalism and consideration of the new management staff!

I've lived here now for 4 months now, going on 5. Since day 1 Irene and Paloma (the office ladies) have been most helpful and sincere. Any questions I've had have been answered. They've always informed me that if I've had any issues to not hesitate to ask. I did bring up 2 maintenance issues that were quickly resolved. This has been a better place to live than my last. I hope that Irene and Paloma never leave. I've been informed of issues from the complex's past and I've been notified of maintenance updates or repairs that were being done. This has been a wonderful place to live. So far this has been a great place to reside. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
