We have lived at Camson in a top floor, two bedroom, apartment for almost a year now. Our experience has been AMAZING! Maintenance is always extremely quick, if we need any help. The leasing office staff are all kind and even offer snacks, food, or events throughout the year - which make for a great lunch break! The location is fantastic. Sprouts, Dillon’s, CVS, Walmart, Twisted Fresh, Scooters, Roy’s Wine and Spirits, 92 Chicken, and so so much more are all within a 5 minute drive. But, the apartments still have that “tucked away” feel to them. So it’s a great neighborhood to walk around or run, if you’re into that. Also, Mandi Webb has been a highly accessible and responsive contact if we ever have any questions about anything pertaining to our lease or the community. We LOVE the text

I lived here for one year, and I couldn't wait to move out since the third week. The property management team is horrible. They'll do quick fixes rather than fixing the actual problem within units. The amenities are outdated and broken. Then they'll overcharge you once you move out... for the things that you requested to be fixed anyways. Stay away. Rent is completely overpriced for the outdated apartments and horrible service. I thought we found a nice home to save for a house. However, I travelled every month JUST to keep from being in this apartment.

I really like my apartment but the way the management office handles things is lacking. I just gave my notice that I am moving May 31st...3 months from now. I got a text message telling me that they are showing my apartment to a prospective tenant this week. ALL of my things are still there. I STILL LIVE THERE. I asked for more reasonable hours or times and said I am available on the weekend as I work an hour away from home. They said they don't have property managers on the weekend. I told them I am not comfortable with strangers coming into my house while I am gone and also while I am still living there. Alas, I have to figure out how to accommodate THEM because they "don't work on the weekends". What property management company expects someone who works full time to leave work or use v

DO NOT RENT HERE! They took advantage of my grandmother who was having health problems and was recommended by a doctor to move. We brought them a doctor’s note and Mandi Webb was aware of her situation. She rented here for about 3 years, and when she moved out, we cleaned the apartment and turned in the keys, but were still charged for cleaning fees, damages, utilities, rent, and a fee for “marketing the apartment” just for breaking her lease! (The “damages” were not caused by her and were in relation to a malfunction of the garage door on her unit.) She was charged for rent, water, and electricity for THREE MONTHS when she was no longer using her apartment and we had turned in the keys. BEWARE! Do not let your elderly parents rent here!

Mandi and everyone that works at the front desk is great! They are flexible, down to earth people that truly do their best to work with you and your situation and it shows. Great people to work with, 10/10 recommend. Not to mention their properties are spacious, clean an affordable!
