It was end of the year and I needed to get a place of my own. Big thanks to Mr. Asen! He was patience, kind, professional, and most importantly he was upfront and honest. His presence and willingness made me feel comfortable and at ease. I’m Glad I gave Cameron Run a chance thank you to the property Mrs Mia and staff you all were sincere and polite and it is a joy to finally be home.

Horatio did an AMAZING JOB ! He fixed my toilet, door knob and transition strip for our carpet 😁 his work ethic is awesome and he’s really funny, didn’t have to stress out about maintenance request going unanswered. 10/10 ! He’s a great addition to the team, keep up the good work. Amareea also did his big one with our HVAC, he was very thorough and stayed until our heat actually started working, this is the 2nd time he’s come out for a repair and we’re very grateful. It’s been really cold the last few days and we were suffering, thank you so much ! Keep doing an immaculate job.

Worst place ever to live this is what I woke up to one day because sewage had First all over my apartment unit this property as you can see agreed to allow me to break my lease. I’m not sure why in the email they decided to only give me five days when legally you have to give someone 30 days to vacate the premises, but that’s neither here nor there they did honor The 30 days and change that to May 30, 2023, in which also attach you will see that I signed a lease in my new place for June 1, 2023, and it was only dated for 1 June because I did not want to sign a lease with two days left in the month of May so my new landlord dated the new lease for June 1, but I have documentation and proof that I was already moving in on May 30. She was nice enough to give me those two days for free due to

Run away. As far and as fast as you possibly can. For starters, I moved into this complex in 2021, walk throughs were non existent at this point due to covid HOWEVER, management (at the time because there’s new management every 6 months) should have did their own walk through before handing me keys. The apartment was disgusting; BOTH toilets were FILLED with urine to where the apartment smelled of ammonia, there were NO shower heads, dried paint in the kitchen sink, dead roaches in the tubs and bathroom sinks, dead roaches swept in a pile at the front door. A year in, light fixtures began falling out of the ceiling that took WEEKS just to have someone take a look at and the A/C unit went out in the summer of 2022 I WAS 6 MONTHS PREGNANT IN GEORGIA HEAT FOR A MONTH, it got so bad my dad as

I am no longer receiving any meaningful assistance or clear communication from the office, despite calling and following up on a consistent basis. My situation has now escalated to the point where I urgently need corporate intervention. This morning, I spoke directly with the Property Manager, Mia, and the conversation left me extremely concerned. Instead of offering support or solutions, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of customer service. She stated that I have had “ample time” to come up with over $2,500 simply to restore my insurance — in addition to paying rent and any other charges — despite the hardships and unresolved issues I have been repeatedly communicating about. I explained to her that my car was towed after I was told it would not be, and I asked for at least the
