Bowtie on a wet cardboard box. Leaky, mouldy and constant maintenance interruptions, but never to fix anything non-cosmetic. Edit: So increasing the rent while my sliding door STILL leaks how you "Make it right?" I got the notice on Christmas too, lol This place is a bad joke

One bedroom apartments are approx $1500 at roughly 700sq ft, and come with garage parking included. Much better price point than other local complexes, but can be better. That's still a huge charged amount for a single bedroom apartment, and you're charging a $600-1500 deposit + $300 non refundable holding fee. That's unethical. Let's do better.

Leasing Inquiry only - Cecilia was awesome. She went above and beyond to show us around, meet our requests and answer all our questions. The remodel its going through looks like it'll be amazing. Only reason I won't be moving forward is sudden budgeting. Still, I highly recommend this place just from the tour - it seems like they really care about making tenants happy.

Great, clean, and peaceful place to live. Bob the manager is very pleasant to have as a manager and even got all of my deposit back within a week from leaving. I recommend this place to anyone!

Terrible place to live and definitely over priced...roof is leaking in my apt for 2 years bcuz the owners are too cheap to fix it... terrible management over the years...the only plus is they include water in the rent...other than that save your money
