These two appraised my house for $65k less than the second opinion I got! The owner Steve and Tammy were incredibly rude when I politely asked about the discrepancy. They immediately launched into a tirade about their expertise and threatened to sue me if I left I review, saying they would "find me" because they knew my address (from the appraisal!) and had "the best lawyers". These two are clearly unhinged and should be avoided for your own sanity!

My wife and I were selling our house that we had spent three years remodeling and we’re going to sell it to buy our next level up house. We decided to use bunch real estate for the sale of our current home and for the purchase of our new home. We felt it was important to get the house appraised before we put it on the market so that we have a good idea of a good price range. His valuation was $150,000 and so now the realtor was thinking we might only get 140,000. They made us feel like 150 was the most we could get for our home . Do not use brunch Bunch appraisals for your house because the VA loan appraiser came back with $175,000 and I missed out on a lot of money
