Brookside Station

Office not consistent with following up on people applications. My mom has been on the waiting list since June of 2025!! They said it was a 9 month wait list!!

I have lived here for 15 years and I've seen this complex make a 360° turn for the worst I have had issues in my apartment that still have not been addressed if we can keep our property managers for a long term that would be great and what would be especially great if we could have a maintenance man or woman stay employed with the company because the place is falling apart when I first moved in this was a great place to live as a years went by I don't know if it's the tenants or if it's Severn properties because Brookside station is looking more and more like it's revolving around slumlords!! Honestly one of the main reasons I am still here is because of our current property manager Sarah she's very understanding and she's very attentive to the tenants thanks for all you do Sarah even thou

Please do not waste your time on these apartments my biggest mistake was signing the lease. It a mice problem that they think pest control is gonna fix everything. The maintenance man literally does nothing besides stay on the phone and won’t fix anything . Please save yourself and find a different apartment complex
