Bridgewater at Town Center

I lived at Bridgewater at Town Center two years ago and they are still reporting an incorrect balance on my account. I have emailed and called repeatedly — my calls and messages are being ignored. I now live in another city and would have to drive 45 minutes just for basic information from them . One of the leasing agents (MARIE MCKOY) decided to hang up the phone after I wouldn’t agree to owing a negative balance despite repeatedly stating I have the letter of satisfaction. They’ve also failed to provide corporate contact information so I can escalate—so this is a final notice: I am preparing to take this to court and will be submitting all documentation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this management company — terrible communication, negligent account handling, and zero accountability.

Bridgewater at Town Center is a great place to call home. My family loves the community a lot. Nice trail to walk and sit by the lake. My girls love the different animals we see walking the trail. Nice grilling areas and of course the swimming pool. I was looking for a great place to call home for my family and found it here. Since the first day of viewing the property, leasing consultant, Myeshia took care of me the whole way through. Very professional and very pleasant. She understood my needs and was very helpful throughout the entire leasing process. I’ve been here for a year now and have not ever had any issues or complaints. Absolutely love living here! The neighborhood is always nice and quiet, front office staff are very helpful, and maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues you may have. Only complex I’ve renewed my lease with!

Myeshia and Marie are great help with my move in and property is also really nice. Same day Move in was amazing and the tour was very nice as well. Myeshia was very welcoming and answered every question I had before and during move in. Marie was very kind in helping me fill out the remaining paperwork and answering my questions aswell.

Myeshia is the best thing that happened to this complex, hands down amazing. Marie is a sweetheart as well. The deal I got on my lease was awesome! My reasoning for 3 stars is a few things; the foundation and walls of the apartments are thin. Constant, loud squeaking from upstairs neighbors walking due to poor flooring in the unit, and you can hear a conversation in the next person’s apartment. I smelled cigarette smoke all day every day in my bathroom and bedroom from my neighbors. The lease office sent a notification to the tenants to cease, cleaned the air in my unit and sealed up a couple holes. The smoking still continued and still found its way in my unit.
