Management team is nice and hands on with the tenants. Property manager shows she cares for her community. She physical come to tenant home or personal calls to confirm work orders are complete and her tenant are satisfied. Awesome Property manager!!

The young women in the office were very professional and they were sure to answer all my questions. The first receptionist in Particularly was pretty well versed with the property and gave as many ideas as possible on how to kinda design the very very very small bedroom to give options on how to create more space and I found that to be commendable. I would have loved to become a resident but the renovated units were taken and the unit for tour was just too small for me and my Family. Awesome 🤩 ladies am well done . I've been living here for quite some time many years and I love where I live at I love the people I like the fact that the office interact with the people and I hope they continue to do activities with the residence here

I have lived out Bridgeport for a few years and experienced a couple of owners. The new office managers Britney and Danielle have been amazing and go above and beyond to make sure that the residents are completely satisfied. The maintenance staff are very prompt, efficient and courteous. Great place to live.

My family and I just moved in on Friday the 13. The office staff amazing!!! The apartment is amazing as well. They answered all questions, were super patient, and have made a “Welcome Home” experience that my children plus myself needed. Starting over is always hard and terrifying, they made it easy. Alissa, Brittany, and Danielle thank you so so much for everything. They are amazing and doing a fantastic job.
