I’ve been living here almost 2 years now and and it’s gone downhill ever since. When I moved in, I was told that dogs are only allowed on the first floor and cats are allowed on all floors. Shortly, after moving in, I realized that nobody followed these rules. I have had a dog living above me the entire time I have lived here. After I extended my lease(I only extended because they offered it $100 less) They took away my grace period and now require Rent payment directly on the first. In today’s economy and world having that grace period for a lot of Americans means so much but because my rent was going to be $100 less I decided to go through with it. A late review, but better late than never! I moved in when the place was still being constructed and lived here for 2 years. The price was right, and the amenities were excellent. Believe it or not, they never increased my rent! Keaton, the property manager, was awesome. When I had to terminate my lease early because I got a new job in Minneapolis, he worked with me to ensure I didn't have to pay a termination fee, even though my contract said otherwise. I wish they had utilized heat pumps instead of simple electric heat (keep the utility bills down), but that's my only complaint. Recently bit by a dog who lives/stays in my building ! When I asked if cameras worked they told me yes ! When I kept emailing them them with specific time stamps they than told me only the camera by the pool works and they can’t find anything on camera ! I did file a police report ! But I keep getting the around from landlord about eveything and it’s complicating the process … theirs been a police report and if they look at the time stamps that were properly giving them it would show the person entering my building right after I got bit by the dog ! Also I thought vaccinations had to be current to live here I may be wrong ?

I initially thought when I moved here last fall that this was a great place but since then I've come to realize it is not. My apartment is infested with cockroaches. I'm beyond angry, I'm livid! as I've had to throw a lot of food out from my cupboards and I have no idea what else they've gotten into. I have to worry if I will take them with me when I move out. The trash area is an absolute disaster!!! there is trash all over , dirty diapers, broken glass, furniture, and so on. I've watched people from the trailer park walk their trash and furniture to our dump and have reported this to management to be told the first time that there was nothing they can do and then most resent when I emailed them photos of both the trash and Roches to be emailed back that their "working on it" ......The

They towed my husband's car just because it didn't look pretty. It was tucked all the in back where nobody parks at. He recently got in an accident so the car was left in the parking lot for repair. We were low on money so we were waiting to fix it But they towed my car now it's costing me money that we do not have. We have to get it out of the towing facility and than tow it back to us.
