Boulder Creek

This is the most calm, safe, & enjoyable place I've ever had the privilege of living at. They were so accommodating & helpful in every way possible for my move in situation. Then within my first few days I couldn't get the dishwasher to work & some ants popped up in my kitchen. I let the staff know & they got maintenance right out on a Sunday to fix it! If you want a nice, quiet, drama free, relaxing place to live, you should check this place out!

Our move-in process was incredibly smooth thanks to Danika, who was always a pleasure to work with during our time at Boulder Creek. She was friendly, efficient, and consistently quick to address any concerns. Moving from Nevada to Oregon was stressful since we weren’t familiar with the area, but Danika made the experience much easier—patiently answering our many calls and helping ensure everything was submitted correctly so we could secure our apartment. During our time as residents, everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. The maintenance team was always courteous, and the office staff were responsive to any questions we had. While the buildings are a bit older and could use some updates, management was actively making improvements throughout our stay, which we really appreciat

I had an absolutely fantastic experience moving into Boulder Creek! Danika went above and beyond, explaining the process of moving into my first apartment. She clearly informed me of what documentation I needed and explaining what my month-to-month estimated costs would look like. Noah swooped in last minute on a Friday, squeezed me in, and had my apartment fixed in a day. The maintenance worker even helped move some items in—above and beyond! And Noah got out of his car, past working hours, just to introduce himself to my family. Now, after a couple of weeks, I can barely hear my neighbors, everyone here is super nice, and it’s very clean. They take the trash as promised, and everything has been exactly as expected. Truly top-notch service at Boulder Creek!

I've had an amazing experience living here! I absolutely love living in Wilsonville and Boulder Creek is very quiet. The gym and pool are amazing. The staff has been quick to respond if I need anything.

My experience at Boulder Creek has been amazing. Honestly I would never want to move to another place. The best of all is that smoking is not permitted. I have never live in a place that smoking was not permitted before, and it is awesome. Something else that I want to share is that when ever I had any maintenance issues they were there as soon as possible, Ready to work.!!!! My kiddo school is walking distance. What else can I say.
