I took a tour several days ago of the Borgata Apartment's amenities and grounds as well as one of their available two bedroom units. The amenities which included the pool, hot tub, grill and 24 hours gym were very clean and appeared to be well kept. The apartments were so lovely and gave me a real feeling of home, they were very spacious with a lot of storage and very well maintained. The grounds and parking lots were also very clean and well maintained. The manager Nakeyah was very kind and informative. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire tour, I never felt rushed and she took the time to happily sit down with me afterwards and answer any questions I had. Also, I have a Section 8 Voucher, and in the past have been treated very poorly when I have told prospective apartment man

I had an amazing experience moving into my new townhome at Borgata Apartments in Renton, WA. The leasing agent was absolutely awesome and truly went above and beyond. She was very diligent in following up on items from the previous tenants, including ensuring the chandelier would be replaced and arranging for a new microwave. What truly made this experience stand out were the incredibly thoughtful touches. I was welcomed with a brand-new welcome mat at the front door, a cute “home” keychain for my keys, and even a beautifully wrapped housewarming/Christmas gift — a brand-new crockpot — placed next to my move-in paperwork in the dining room. The tour guide;his name was Jason,he was most pleasant and very polite. He took me to 2 different rentals. I thought he was very nice and he seemed to care honestly. I had just previously that morning applied for a place and am hopeful. The manager Jason being so good at his job. I would rate him a 5 star ...the place he tried to convince me was just too much hill...too much a climb...3 stars.

I had a great tour with Nakeyah! She was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although she only had a one-bedroom to show and I’m looking for a townhome, she still took the time to answer all my questions. The community was clean and well-maintained.
