Birch Run Apartment Homes

I have resided here for approximately four months and find the environment to be exceptionally quiet. The office staff, particularly the ladies, have consistently demonstrated excellent service, promptly addressing any concerns I have raised without hesitation. I would highly recommend Birch Run Apartments to prospective residents.

Let me begin by saying that I have lived on the Birch Run property for a long time. I have witnessed changes in leadership, management companies - and most recently a complete property sell and new ownership. For the first time, I am happy to say that the new leadership within the leasing office has been more than impressive. The manager and leasingassociate are on top it! They are professionals who understand the value and importance of customer service relationship within an apartment living environment. All of my interactions with the leasing office staff and maintenance services have been positive - and results-focused. I am happy to be a resident at Birch Run Apartments, Clarkston GA.

Communication has been amazing! Shout out to Kaylee and Gaby they have done a lot of changes to the apartments all for the better. Finally a company that cares about us, work orders get fixed promptly. The girls are very responsive.

I recently toured the community, Gaby and Kayle made the experience great from start to finish. They were welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the property. All of my questions were answered, and I never felt rushed during the tour. Gaby really highlighted the features of the apartments and amenities, which made it easy to see myself living here. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. ladies made my day!

We've been here nearly two years and can't understand why this place doesn't stay filled up. It's a great location in a great city. It's (mostly) clean and (usually) quiet. The current management team is the best so far and they're making many improvements, such as balconies being repaired/replaced, installed new security lights, mostly ended the problem with the overflowing dumpster, etc. Our building (and probably others) had a bad infestation of rodents but they've been working for months to remediate that and it looks like the humans are winning. The maintenance team isn't great but show me an "affordable" complex where that isn't a problem and I'll give you a penny. That's just apartment life in the 21st century, I'm afraid.
