Biltmore Commons Apartments

Lori benson the property manager out this apartment complex is a snake and a liar. Unfortunately i wasn't able to keep my apartment and got behind in rent last year. we had an agreement she said i had about 6 months to pay off what i owed. Well turns out that was a lie, she switched it over to the attorneys without even letting me know or contacting me. I got a letter from the attorneys she already put a judgement on my record. So if anybody is trying to get a place out Biltmore Commons might want to think twice and dont do business with her she can't be trusted whatsoever. And also the maintenance guy Troy stays in the Apartment complex so he is very nosey and doesn't know how to mind his own business. I am a new resident at Biltmore commons Apartments moved in on March 21st and i must say ive had a great living experience so far the property manager Lori Benson is the absolute best she made sure all my wants and needs were met throughout the entire move in process. absolutely love the community it’s always kept clean and very quiet. Thanks for all you do Lori keep up the great work you are the best!!

The only reason I gave this place a 4 star rating is because of our neighbors, landscaping, easy access to the maintenance man, and property manager. This would not have been a bad place if the outside neighborhood tenants did not break into our apartment. Thankfully, no one was home and the police/property manager made the incident a lot easier to deal with it. Other than that, no complaints, both the property manager and maintenance man kept the complex clean and everything in working condition. The property manager was amazing and very accommodating. The complex is located behind a church and is within walking distance of the 7-11 (up the street). This complex is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and very helpful. The manager made the whole process of application to approval very easy. The moving date is in less than a month and will update my review after living there for a while.

I love it out there ..Lori the manager is a hard worker they stay on top of maintenance problems..l have stayed in 5 apartments ....and Biltmore Commons is the best .
