We purchased a new single wide home for our lake cabin in the early spring of 2022. The process was simple and the delivery date was actually ahead of schedule. Set up went as planned but that is when it feels like we fell through the cracks. Curt's repair person/handyman showed up to repair issues but stated that all of our issues were the responsibility of the factory. We had to wait for the factory repair person and he was always "on his way somewhere else" so he was not very prompt with the repairs. He made numerous trips and completed all that he said was the factory responsibility. That still left us with a list that was not getting resolved. Very nice and helpful salesman, Curt. I felt like he was being honest with me about all the costs involved in building a house so that I would really understand what all was involved. He helped me revise a floorplan for my dream home and was very responsive to all of my hundreds of questions! It seems like a really smart way to build a new home.
