I really like the apartments but its ridiculous that they want the deposit for the apartment up front with out being approved. Most places want the application and admin fee up front. This is the first time I heard of someone wanting the deposit up front without being approved yet. Most places give you 24-72 hours to have the deposit in. As much as I love the apartments I must look elsewhere unfortunately.

Roach infested don't even waste your time. Its not worth the hassle you'll end up dealing with. The owners do not care and will try to charge YOU for the service to get rid of them. Go else where and spend your money.

Oh geez I actually had high hopes of possibly moving in here. I had an appointment to go look at the place based on all these reviews and people talking about roaches. I’m good on that. I’ll be looking elsewhere now.

Make sure you fully understand you must put down both an application and deposit at the same time. If you are approved you won't be told and you will not receive your deposit back if you chose to go somewhere else. I have reached out to both the apartment complex as well as tried to reach corporate management with no call back. Extremely dissatisfied. Clearly this company does not value their residents.

Paid rent on-time BUT made the mistake of asking for things to be fixed that were broken and then sent letter “we will not be renewing your lease”. Was told bathroom would be renovated week i moved-in…..2 months later and many phone calls (their excuse always is “I forgot about it”) they finally completed after having me leave apartment for 3 days. Didn’t clean apartment or replace carpet on move-in and garage took 2 months to remove nails coming through garage wall, sharp side. Painted over my outlets. Rusted out vents were filled with dirt debris and q-tips. Management does nothing
