Bellreng Apartments

I have lived in these apartments for over 3 years. The staff is great, the office and maintenance are responsive. The only downside is big issues that can never be fully resolved due to the buildings sizes I assume. Overall a decent place to live!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. Do your family and yourself a favor do not live here don’t believe me ask their tenants about their conditions of living and the quality of the buldings. Their all nasty, outdated, BUGS ARE EVERYWHERE I mean go stand outside the buildings look up and you’ll run away they have a bee issue their literally inside of peoples apartments management does nothing about it as soon as you walk inside you see over 60 dead bees on the floors nasty! maintenance is non existent its not a life any one should willingly live or raise their family in. If you want to be scammed and have a negative living experience then choose them!

Slumlords! They illegally evicted me. I called the city marshals and they told me info on how eviction was properly handled ALSO told me they had no record of my name to be evicted from Bellreng drive?! Never got served with papers. My “72 hour” notice was tapped to the community downstairs door?! And when I called MARY MAY the “manager” of the property she got very disrespectful when I asked for court papers and a copy of my eviction notice. I was a month in a half behind on my rent due to personal health problems. Which they were aware about. Be careful who you give your money too. Nasty people

I highly recommend bellreng apartment if you are looking for a new place to move .they are pet friendly me an my cat love it here management is very kind an friendly they toke care of me an got me into a unit I love an feel comfortable.if I could more then 5 stars I would neighbors are quite but friendly.

Neighbor had roaches took a month to get cleaning service and when we moved out they expect a 600 dollar "cleaning" bill to be paid stay tf away from this leasing office/building.
