Bella Vista East Apartments

Good luck if you live downstairs. No sound control between the floors, which they dont tell you, and are very aware of. All of the lower floor tenants I've spoken with have the same problem. Terrible apartments. Look elsewhere unless you want to hate being in your $1400 apartment

Home away from home. Great location and apt’s are very well maintained. I’ve been here about eight months now since my initial post and I’m still very happy. Snow removal was an issue this winter but the staff kept us posted and did a good job finally getting someone to clear the parking lots. Residents were left to chives walks. I never knew how many apt dwellers owned snow shovels. Several of us needed jumps to get cars started and neighbors seemed to always be out to help push cars and get them started. Just a great place to live

The stench of marijuana is everywhere, and if you live on the first floor you'll RARELY, RARELY get ANY peace and/or quiet. It's relentless really. Apartment living is Apartment living, but this place is WAY OVER PRICED, for paper-thin walls and oblivious residents that smoke in a "Smoke-free" environment, don't pick up after their pets, and care little to none for their neighbors. DO NOT LIVE HERE - FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have lived here over a year and loved it! I moved into the apartment sight unseen and loved the community. I only needed to put in one maintenance request during my time here for a broken air conditioner. They were able to fix it the following day. The staff is very friendly and accomodating! Enjoyed having access to the basketball court, hot tub and pool!

The staff is verry friendly and enthusiastic, also very knowledgeable! Outstanding customer service.
