Absolute Gem of Lawrence. Management is very communicative and on top of things! Very peaceful area for being near so many amenities. Apartments are clean and cozy. Would absolutely recommend living here.

Kara was a great front office manager. I lived here 1.5 years. Never bug problems, never pest problems, never rodent problems. No noise problems. I had good quality unit, I had carpet issues with exposed staples and they did send someone up. I wish I still lived here, my next apartment doesn’t compare. It’s safe. Never car issues. Never stolen packages.

We lived in a townhouse unit and had a great experience overall. Any maintenance issues we encountered were handled promptly and efficiently. Kasandra was always reasonable, caring, and attentive. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant.

I am part way into my 2nd year lease at Bauer Farms, there was no question about whether or not to renew. Kara and the team on site are fantastic! Most importantly my unit is comfortable, quiet and clean, as is the property. I feel safe and at home, with kind and friendly neighbors and everything you need conveniently located in west Lawrence. I can’t say enough good things about this community, love the location, the homelike feeling, fun activities and excellent support from management as necessary.

The manager, Kara, is fantastic! The townhouse was painted and new carpet installed before we moved in. We were residents for a year while having a house built. The property is well maintained, with plenty of security lighting and parking. The management is very responsive to maintenance requests. The complex is located close to several retail businesses, which is very convenient. A great place to live…
