Terrible experience at this Bank of America branch. A lady checked in and asked to wait and she will be back to help out, I waited 30 minutes just to be told no one was available to help by this rude guy, even though two bankers were clearly there doing nothing. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Bank of America should either replace these employees with competent, professional staff or close this branch altogether specially the unprofessional guy in duty with disrespectful behavior

Long wait times due to just 1 person working at the counter. The teller counted the cash wrong (forgot to check the tray) and ended up giving the person after me the extra cash from my deposit prior. When I asked about it, the response was not friendly, and rather unyielding.

Used the ATM and it was quick, simple And easy. No line, and the location felt secure 🏦 💰

Since I no longer use paper checks—a common shift for many modern checking accounts—I was advised to have my bank complete and sign Section 2 of the CalPERS Direct Deposit form instead. I brought all necessary identification, including my passport, driver’s license, birth certificate, and marriage certificate, to make the process as smooth as possible. I went to this branch to pay my credit card. There were only two people in front of me but it was moving very slow! I mean very slow. Finally, it was my turn but the teller decided to count her cash on the cash machine. I waited for a few minutes and still no other tellers became available. There were two more tellers. So, I asked that lady if she was available. But, no! She growled at me saying that she wasn’t! No eye contact at all but that awful attitude and her customer service was way below one star! I told her that she shouldn’t hold the line counting the cash that long when there was a long line waiting! Then, the manager name Nancy walked up and said: what’s the problem here?
