I want to sincerely thank Karla for being such an amazing assistant manager. She has always been kind, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever we tenants needed anything. Her positive attitude and dedication truly made living here a better experience. She will be greatly missed, and I wish her all the best in her next chapter.

I lived at Astra for a year. All I can is the staff here is wonderful. They are very nice, polite and helpful. Alma, Carla, and Genesis are so great. The maintenance is amazing. If you have any issues they are prompt and will always fix the issue in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been living at Astra Apartments for a while now, and overall, it’s a friendly community with considerable potential. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities are solid — nothing over the top, but definitely decent for the area. I also appreciate that the property feels generally safe and well-kept, which makes it a comfortable place to call home. That being said, there are a few significant drawbacks that really affect day-to-day living. The elevators are constantly an issue — when they go down, they often stay out of service for a week or even two at a time. Parking situation sucks here if you have more than one car per household good luck finding street parking, and if you do you’ll most likely get a ticket from the city of Renton for whatever reason. However there’s TONS of garage space available but yet they do not rent them out. They are “saving them for people who declined those spots” unbelievable

I took a tour of your property and it was nice clean, the 3 bedroom that i looked at with Genesis. She answered all of my questions, but was i can tell that she was tired and pretty much done with the day which is kind of unprofessional in my eyes. And even though you are a low income property you should be more understanding when it comes to future tenants that do have past evictions that is not on their credit.
