Asbury Place Townhome Apartments

This Development has been making Drastic Changes Fir the better.. These Ground keepers they have working around here have gotten a lot better.. I’m not speaking on everybody.. are they willing to work with the community ? {Yes} can some of the staff communicate better?? Yessss have they been trying to really work with residents? I think so.. But the Maintenance has Gotten Way Better, and with Storm they do Great!

My disabled toddler and I have been without heat for over a week. Keep getting the run around and rescheduled by the office. Super cold in this house at night. No where else to go. Son is coughing and sneezing. Not to mention the construction that is now right next to my home super noisy throughout the day Monday-Saturdays. I work nights can’t sleep during the day now. Since the moment I’ve moved here I’ve had issues (literally the first day) & overall I’m just not happy. I gave up on them fixing my dishwasher &fan even though the package I pay extra for includes it. I thought this would be a great place for us to start over at….guess you pay for what you get. Even got my car towed 20 min before needing to take my kid to school. The towing company out here is VISCOUS. Sign says $125 to get

Usually, if I don't have anything nice to say, I just don't review. However, Asbury Place has earned a solid ZERO at this point and should be shared so others can think seriously before considering renting from them. I have a relative that rents from them and her experience has been very disturbing. THE MOST RECENT ISSUE IS MICE‼️ There have been 3 so far and management seems unconcerned despite multiple phone calls and visits to their office. She has been so stressed out while living here, that they have totally ruined the experience of renting her first apartment. Jamelle that was initially in the office was very attentive and kind. It fell apart as it got closer to move-in with calls being unreturned and the rental amount being changed a couple of times. On move in day, we arrived

So far!! It’s been nothing but disappointment!! The girl in rental office is rude as hell!!! It’s my daughter’s first apartment.. took a tour the lady said my daughter’s apartment would be just like the one we were touring!!! Was suppose to get keys Saturday but girl said they were doing the floor putting in new vinyl!!!And doing a cleaning!!So couldn’t move in till Monday!! Today is Monday got in!! To see dead bugs everywhere… shelf in cabinets broken!!! And no vinyl.. all carpet!!! So now had to take off tomorrow to deal with trying to contact higher up management about situation cuz they can’t keep doing this to people!!! Been asked to tour the apartment she was going in but was told couldn’t cuz it was been worked on and cleaned!! You telling me you know someone moving in and leave dea
