TyVonna has been amazing. From the tour of the apartment all the way through the application process and then the move in date. She has been easy to reach, very kind, very knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. Apartment is amazing. Spacious, quiet and couldn't ask for a better move in process.

This isn’t a place you want to call your home, the management of this place is horrible and they do not care at all about your well being, we had an on going “moister” issue and the property management took their sweet time to handle this issue on going for weeks and months until they finally had a company come out and replace the entire hvac system which caused us to have no ac and no hot water and no gas for the stove their solution to this was a vacant unit where we were told to take our showers and make our meals when I asked them what should we do about sleeping they offered us an air mattress I told them this wasn’t a good living situation at all as we are rent paying tenants and she then told us to reach out to our renters insurance company for a hotel long story short they told our

TyVonna was a big help today. She greeted me with a smile that was welcoming. Her energy made an usually overwhelming experience relaxing and fun. She was professional and provided me with answers to all my questions. Thank you for great customer service!

This place has mold in the units, in the HVAC closet, and refuse to fix these unlivable conditions. it’s sad people have to go to court to be provided a safe home to live in that they PAY FOR.

I wouldn’t pick a better property hands down the best . Mrs Kenyetta & Ty’vonna are so friendly and willing to help at any time! The property is quiet and well kept! Thanks to maintenance especially Tony , man he is the best around! Always on point!
